Enigma Technologies is furthering our commitment to excellent customer service, by announcing that clients can now track the status of their computer repair, service or upgrade online, using our new Online Job tracking tool. The Online Job Tracker, will allow clients to see detailed information regarding the computer service they have logged with Enigma Technologies. It will show real time updates, as our technicians complete an action, it will display in our online job tracking portal. To use this service, you will need to know the job number of your service request, as well as your phone number. The job number will have been provided to you when you logged the job. Furthermore, in the coming weeks, we will be introducing a self service portal for all of our business clients, which will allow them to see the status of all their open computer / network service requests, and will allow them to create new requests online, which will automatically be assigned to an engineer.
