Provided you have a working online internet connection, one of you technicians can securely connect to your computer using our secure remote connection software.  The technician, can resolve the issue remotely, and you can see all actions performed on your screen.  Once the remote session is finished, and the issue is resolved, the software is removed from your computer.

This online computer service is ideal for virus, spyware and malware removal, software installs / un-installs, installing new hardware such as a printer or web cam, resolving performance issues, general maintence issues, performing backups, and general computer issues.

For a limited time we are offering a fixed price of $50 for all of our remote computer servicing.  This means that even if it takes our technician 3 hours to resolve your issue, you will still only be charged $50.  Furthermore, if we cannot resolve your issue, we will not charge you a cent.
