Enigma Technologies currently has a vacancy for a junior computer technician, based in our Gold Coast office.  We need a talented driven individual to join our Gold Coast team.  The role is offered on a causal basis, but may become full time in the near future.

The successful applicant will need to have at least 2 years experience in the IT industry, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   You will need to be skilled in building new systems, troubleshooting issues with existing systems, and have excellent problem solving skills.  You will need to perform well within the team, but must also be a self starter, who can work unsupervised.

The role will involve dealing with computers booked into the workshop, booking appointments for clients, ordering stock for the workshop, creating invoices/ sales receipts, handling remote support sessions, monitoring clients on maintenance agreements, building new machines, and various other day to day tasks.
